The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed educational practices across disciplines, including Christian Religious Education (CRE). While AI offers unprecedented opportunities for personalized learning, adaptive assessment, and broader access to theological resources, it also raises significant concerns regarding the authenticity of spiritual formation, ethical discernment, and relational discipleship. This study explores the concept of digital spirituality within Christian Religious Education in the AI era by examining how digital technologies reshape spiritual development among Christian learners. Employing a qualitative library research methodology, this study analyzes contemporary theological literature, educational theories, and recent AI-related scholarship published between 2020 and 2026. The findings reveal that digital spirituality should not replace embodied Christian community but should function as a complementary space where faith formation, biblical reflection, and spiritual practices are facilitated responsibly through AI-supported learning environments. The study proposes a Digital Spiritual Formation Framework integrating theological foundations, digital literacy, ethical AI principles, and pastoral accompaniment
